Quality – from suppliers through products to the final consumer
Quality Management is part of GIFAS´ philosophy. At the Integrated Management System (in short IMS) following areas are summarised: quality (products and work processes) as well as security. The worded quality principles of the company are mandatory for all employees.
We not only attribute great importance to constantly improve our products and work processes but also to steady maintain the reached quality and make it measureable and provable.
This means, that processes within an organisation like GIFAS ELECTRIC are always planned and executed under controlled conditions.
This concerns not only to demonstrate compliance with the law but also to optimize all work processes.
Our quality standards start with the selection of our suppliers as well as with constant surveillance of the quality of supplied goods. This is the requirement to maintain and improve our standards. Regular evaluations by using clearly defined guidelines and presenting key figures are the basis for long-term and correct relations between customer and supplier.
In the area of quality GIFAS-ELECTRIC receives the certificate under ÖNORM EN ISO 9001:2015 and complies with the quality requirements. That´s the guarantee for our customers, that all provided services and delivered products meet high standards.
Work Safety – employee severance in practice
Aside quality IMS also involves in particular work safety. Especially at electro-technical companies like ours not obeying guidelines can cause significant damages.
The standards for safety are employee protection legislation, protective ordinance for employees and workplace ordinance as well as observing these regulations.
The complete IMS is available for inspection for every employee at any time.
It´s self-explaining, that this sensitive area is edited, maintained and controlled by skilled specialist at the management level – for the satisfaction or our customers and to the benefit of GIFAS employees.
